Eco-Friendly Design

ProMed Office Park in Blaaukrans Street, Jeffreys Bay, is a beautifully designed, eco-friendly building. It features a rooftop garden with panoramic views of the town — on a clear day, you can even see the Cape St Francis Lighthouse.

Solar Power

Part of the rooftop garden now houses 28 solar panels, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply during loadshedding.

Water Security

We have six 3,000-litre water tanks that supply the building and its tenants, helping to secure sustainable water accessyear-round.

ProMed Office Park, located on Blaaukrans Street in Jeffreys Bay, is a thoughtfully designed, eco-conscious office complex. The building features a rooftop space with panoramic views of the town and surrounding landscape — on clear days, you can even see the iconic Cape St Francis Lighthouse.

Construction of Phase One was completed in May 2017, and by June 2017, our first tenants had moved in:

  • Frasafrica Marketing

  • Dr. Jansi Jerling, Gynaecologist
    All four remain valued members of the ProMed community to this day.

In response to the growing demand for premium office space in Jeffreys Bay, Phase Two began later in 2017, culminating in the completion of the ProMed Annex by March 2018.
